Haali-Pular New Jersey (HPNJ), publicly operating as the Fouta Islamic Center of New Jersey (FICNJ), is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organized exclusively for charitable, religious, and educational purposes. We exist to nurture faith, strengthen community, and serve our neighbors with compassion and sincerity.
